Your organization is eligible to provide RPB’s retirement and insurance plans to your employees if it falls into one of the following categories:
- URJ-affiliated congregations located in the United States (Reform congregations in Canada can only offer LTD)
- World Union for Progressive Judaism (WUPJ)-affiliated congregations, for CCAR rabbis who are U.S. taxpayers only
- Reform Movement organizations
- 501(c)(3) U.S. non-profit organizations such as federations and Jewish community centers, for CCAR rabbis who work in a parsonage-eligible role only

As the conduit between RPB and your employees, you're a vital part of helping them get the most out of their RPB benefits—and have a good experience in the process. Your employees can easily monitor their accounts, make investment changes and view their statements through the Fidelity NetBenefits system.
We also offer a range of resources and events that are available to our participants and their families. Participants can review our upcoming events and webinars, along with the numerous financial education resources in our Knowledge Center.
Our planning tools help your employees understand what needs to be done to plan for retirement. Our custom RPB Navigator also provides resources for every stage of life. We also offer a comprehensive Retirement Planning Seminar each year that can help participants understand what they need to consider as they're preparing for retirement.
